Richie Reviews Root Nurse

After amazing feedback from last month’s Richie Reviews, this month Rich Hamilton will be giving you an insight into Root Nurse Fabric Pots!

Root Nurse Fabric Pots are my first choice when growing. Why? Well, it's pretty simple really; they tick all the boxes! Made from recycled materials, Eco-friendly, reusable and affordable, Root Nurse pots are entirely in line with getting the maximum results in a modern professional grow, while being kind to the environment.

If you are a hard pot grower, I have news for you; you're missing out. Don't get me wrong hard pots have their place and work just great, but if you want that extra advantage, if you want the edge, then fabric pots are the answer.

The Root Nurse range has a "flat base" design which prevents "pot roll" a common problem that occurs with some inferior fabric pot brands. The Entire Root Nurse Range has been manufactured using a hardy rip-resistant fabric, so even when the pots are full of a substrate and are completely saturated, you can move them around without the fear of tearing.

This heavy-duty, recycled material also breathes and air prunes, which will give you more extensive, robust, faster-growing roots.

Available in 3 different styles,
Root Nurse OriginalRoot Nurse Ice White, and Root Nurse Square. All three styles are available in 20 different sizes. The Root Nurse range has every size for every grower's needs.

If you want an affordable pot, which outperforms every other fabric pot on the market, then I would highly recommend giving Root Nurse a try. I wouldn't use anything else.

If you are a retailer, there are huge advantages for stocking and selling the Root Nurse range. Root Nurse pots take up less retail space, are discreet and much easier and cost-effective to post for online orders. The profit margins are significant, and you are doing your bit for the environment as well. It's a win, win, win. You are also selling a quality product to your customer, and so in turn, they will get better results, which for me, is what it is all about.

Root Nurse today!

Vortex Black Wall Fan

Available now, the Vortex Black Wall Fan should be the grower’s first and only choice in their hydroponic setup.

The
Vortex Oscillating Wall Fan is a powerful air mover that is quiet whilst on and three-speed settings allowing the user complete control. The Oscillating Fan's 18-inch diameter and 90-degree rotation allow plenty of grow room air movement and this wall fan also features a 30-degree vertical adjustment.

Vortex White Combi Ducting

Available at the end of November in brand new sizes, All Vortex White Combi Ducting conforms to all VOC standards and its primary purpose is to channel air in any direction.

Vortex Combi Ducting is used as part of the ventilation system to move air to and from the grow area, replenishing CO2 and removing excess heat and humidity. This Combi Ducting has a double-layered construction with an aluminium inner and a plastic outer, greatly increasing its resistance to tearing while also preventing light leaks.

Cost-effective

Offering a more cost-effective and flexible alternative than silencers, White Combi Ducting is used to reduce the noise made by ventilation fans in grow rooms and industrial areas.

Lightweight

The ducting is lightweight and easy to install. No special tools or cutting implements are required to fit this ducting. In the event of a fire, none of the materials used in the production of this ducting will release toxic gases.

All Vortex ducting has been tested for fire resistance.

Omega Spectra G-Line

Say hello to the new LEDs on the block! Omega Spectra G Line are a range of three full-spectrum quantum boards. We’ve broken down the essential information you’ll need about the LEDs.

Omega Spectra G-Line is a range of full-spectrum and lightweight LED fixtures, used as both an independent or a supplementary lighting source. They are designed for harsh environments and years of maintenance-free performance — ideal for applications requiring efficient, precise and uniform levels of PPFD.

While HPS lights are known for generating heat, The G Line LEDs are ‘cool running,’

making them very efficient in terms of heat management.

Energy Efficient

G Line LED grow lights consume less energy while providing the same amount of light as HPS, making them more efficient.

Long Lifespan

There is no need to replace bulbs after a couple of uses. The G Line range has a long lifespan - around 50,000 hours or more.

Full Spectrum

The Omega G Line range have an optimised spectrum for the full growth cycle, so there’s no need to put up multiple lights for veg and flowering.
